Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

No Right of Withdrawal for Orders

Since all products (wall art and pillowcases) are custom-made using a print-on-demand process only after we receive your order, a right of withdrawal or return based on personal preference, incorrect size selection, or a change of plans is excluded. By completing your order, you agree that the manufacturing process will begin immediately and that withdrawal from the purchase contract is not possible.

Exception: Damaged, defective, or undelivered goods

A refund or free replacement will be provided exclusively in the following cases:

Damage during shipping: The goods show visible damage from shipping.

Manufacturing or printing defects: The product has significant defects (e.g., faulty printing, blurry design, wrong color, or incorrect item).

Loss in transit: The tracking information confirms that the package was not delivered.

Requirements for filing a complaint:

The defect must be reported via email to designjustagirl@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the goods.

The email must include clear photos that clearly show both the product defect and the shipping box/packaging with the shipping label.

Without photographic evidence or if the issue is your own fault, no refund or replacement can be arranged.
